The SOUND MIG 2060/MD STAR DOUBLE PULSE (art. 301) is a MIG-MAG inverter synergic welding machine, with pulse and double pulse functions, capable of welding and MIG brazing galvanized sheet metal, high-strength steel and aluminium alloys.

It is a power source that , thanks to the synergic pulsed technology used, is especially recommended for welding aluminium. It also offers a complete range of synergic programs for aluminium wires. Using the power source with the Cebora 2003 Push-Pull torch makes it possible to achieve optimum welding starting with Ø0.6-gauge wires.

The SOUND MIG 2060/MD STAR power source also contains saved synergic curves corresponding the CuSi 3% and CuAl8 (AlBz8) wires used for MIG brazing and welding, thus also making the power source especially suitable for MIG brazing and welding galvanized sheet metal and high-strength steels.

Two types of torches may be used with the SOUND MIG 2060/MD STAR power source: Standard MIG and Cebora Push-Pull 2003. It is also possible to work with two different types of coils: Ø 200 mm (standard version with trolley Art. 1656) or Ø 300 mm (with coil kit art. 114 and trolley art. 1656).
The power source is standard-equipped with a wide range of synergic curves in memory.
The compliance with EN 61000-3-12 brings substantial energy saving and a wide supply voltage tolerance (+15% / -20%).

The Jaguar Star Double Pulse is a MIG-MAG inverter synergic welding machine, with pulse and double pulse functions, capable of welding and MIG brazing galvanized sheet metal, high-strength steel and aluminium alloys.

Thanks to the presence of 2 separate wire feed motors, which makes it possible to use 2 separate wire reels, it can therefore keep 2 different types of torch mounted simultaneously with different wires, as well as use special torches such as the Push-Pull.
The Jaguar Double Pulse also makes it possible to optionally use the cooling unit art. 1683.

The Jaguar Double Pulse is the ideal response to the body's needs, faced with the increasingly widespread availability on the market of vehicles made completely, partly, or simultaneously of materials such as galvanized sheet metal, high-strength steel and aluminium alloys.
The power source is standard-equipped with a wide range of synergic curves in memory.

The compliance with EN 61000-3-12 brings substantial energy saving and a wide supply voltage tolerance (+15% / -20%).

The "Push-Pull" torches are equipped with a built-in wire feed motor inside the handle, synchronized with the power source wire feed motor, which allows a perfect wire feed, thanks to the double effect of pushing from the power source and pulling from the torch handle. This is particularly useful in case of small diameter wires or in case of wires of "soft" material, such as aluminium.

The Cebora Push-Pull torch art. 2003, air cooled, has the following characteristics:

  • duty cycle: 160A al 40%
  • great handiness and ergonomicity
  • Up/Down control key on the handgrip
  • torch weight: 970 grams only
  • maximum width: 66 mm
  • steady and optimal wire feeding
  • 4 m torch cable
  • suitable for solid Ø 0.6, 0.8 e 1.0 mm wires
  • recommended for welding small diameter aluminium wires (0.6 - 0.8 mm)

The Cebora Push-Pull torch art. 2003 can be used with the following Cebora power sources:

Art. 301, Sound MIG 2060/MD Star Double Pulse

Art. 302, Jaguar Sound MIG 2060/MD Star Double Pulse

Art. 322, Synstar 200 M

The Power Spot 5700 “Aluminium” is a compact and lightweight portable stud welder which through capacitor discharge technology welds in a few milliseconds weld studs up to Ø 8 mm on ferrous and non-ferrous metals with excellent aesthetic results and without alteration of the underlying sheet metal.

The welding of the stud is simple and immediate. It does not require shielding gas or special preparations nor machining of the work piece.
Its technical features make the Power Spot 5700 “Aluminium” the ideal tool for welding aluminium or steel studs in the field of auto body repair and also for applications such as customizing of vehicles, fastening of paneling and of internal elements, etc.

The maneuverability and ease of use of the standard gun and the double ground cable and clamps allow the welding of studs even in the most difficult places to reach, thus making the Power Spot 5700 the ideal solution. The LCD panel displays in a simple and intuitive way the operational functions such as:

  • selection of stud material and diameter
  • selection of base material to which the stud should be welded
  • indication of the working voltage
  • indication of the applied force
  • weldability check between stud and base material
